Vocalozation and Language

The behavior of vocalization is congenital.  Consciousness initiates the fundamental experience.. The current theory of language is exemplified by the following quote from Steven Pinker’s The Language Instinct (1994):

Therefore [Noam Chomsky] argued children must innately be equipped with a plan common to the grammar of all language: A Universal Grammar, that tells them how to distill the syntactic patterns out of the speech of their parents.

The subtitle of Pinker’s book is “How the Mind Creates language.” The above quote and subtitle exemplify two fundamental errors regarding language: First, the mind does not create language; language creates mind.  Mind is the term that concretizes the process of meanings that constitute declarative knowledge.  More specifically, the meanings of language create what is meant by the term mind. The second error is assuming there is an innate form of grammar; there is not.
